If your company can meet our cost, quality, and delivery objectives as a supplier we invite you to apply to become a new supplier. Potential suppliers are subject to ND Defense's Supplier Evaluation Process. This evaluation process will validate the suppliers' potential to meet the necessary requirements to do business with ND Defense and affiliates.

How to become a ND Defense Supplier:

• Complete the new Request for Information form
• Send completed ND Defense Request for Information form to NDSupplier@NDdefense.com
• In addition to the above steps, if you are a diverse supplier, register with ND Defense at www.Navistar.com/Navistar/suppliers/supplierdiversity
• An ND Defense representative will contact you with further instructions

Supplier Quality Expectations

To be a supplier to ND Defense, companies must meet or exceed our expectations.

• Best-in-class product and process technology
• Continuous improvement in product, process and service
• Zero product quality defects and on-time delivery
• Required to be registered to, compliant with, or working towards, ISO 9001, or a    derivative Quality Management System such as TS-16949.

What is a Diverse Supplier?

A diverse supplier is a business that is at least 51 percent owned, controlled and operated by one or more individuals of either African American, Hispanic American, Native American, Asian American or Asian Pacific American extraction. Also included are businesses owned by American Females, American Veterans, Service Disabled American Veterans or businesses located in Historically Under-Utilized Business Zones.
